At ChemTECH 2026, IPCO will showcase high‑productivity systems for chemical processing — from market‑leading pastillation to thin‑film casting and advanced composite production — backed by our global service network and local expertise in India.

Enabling efficient, continuous processing

IPCO provides end‑to‑end solutions that help chemical producers increase throughput, improve product quality and operate more sustainably. Applications cover chemical pastillation, film casting, and press and scattering systems for composite materials. With a sales and service presence in 25 countries, including our Pune office, customers benefit from on‑the‑ground support backed by global expertise.

Rotoform: market‑leading pastillation technology

With more than 2,500 lines installed worldwide, Rotoform is IPCO’s flagship solution for chemical solidification. We support a wide range of materials including sulphur, fertilizers, hot melts, resins, waxes, fat chemicals, bitumen and tar pitch—and we’ll have product samples on the stand. Introducing Rotoform XG. Designed for fertilizer finishing (e.g., sulphur bentonite, urea mixes, NPK), the new Rotoform XG converts melts containing solid particles into consistent 2–4 mm pastilles, delivering twice the throughput of the base‑model Rotoform 4G. It also processes slurries with melt viscosities < 100 mPas and incorporates design updates that simplify cleaning and maintenance.

Film casting with Venturi drying

Our continuous film casting system integrates an innovative Venturi drying module to produce very thin films (10–300 µm) with fine tolerances. Beyond dry film casting, the same process can be used to create microporous membranes, enabling applications such as separator membranes and ceramic tapes for Li‑ion batteries, fuel cells and solid‑state batteries.

ThermoPress & ScatterPro for advanced composites

IPCO is a leading manufacturer of double belt presses and scattering systems for advanced composites across industries including building, transportation/automotive and recycling. ThermoPress systems are modular, enabling controlled heating, reaction, consolidation & calibration, cooling and tempering within a single production line. The ScatterPro range handles powders, granules, fibres, chips and flakes, offering precise dosing and uniform distribution.
