Biesse announces the appointment of Caterina De Rossi as Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive with strategic responsibilities, tasked with leading the evolution of the Human Resources function in alignment with the Group’s growth strategies.

Caterina De Rossi has developed a broad and structured professional career within complex multinational environments, including BMW, Tetra Pak, and Champion, where she held increasingly senior Human Resources leadership roles with international scope. Throughout her career, she has led significant corporate transformation initiatives, contributing to change management processes and to the development of organizations capable of sustaining long-term business growth.

At the same time, Enrico Tinti, who brings many years of experience in leading Biesse’s HR function and managing corporate training projects, has been appointed Biesse Academy Director. In this role, he will lead the Group’s new global competence development center.
